Lunchtime sessions - helping children stay active during their luncH BREAK
Our Play Rangers run lunchtime sessions offer child-initiated free play that involves an element of risky play. We will provide a range of outdoor based equipment and activities to help children stay active during their lunch time which will have the following benefits:
- Encourage children to develop their risk taking skills within a controlled environment
- Develop children’s creativity and imagination by offering various equipment
- Help children develop their social skills by making new friends
- Increase their confidence and self-esteem
- Keep children active which can contribute to the reduction in obesity levels
- Give children the opportunity to do things that they have never been given the opportunity to do before.
- Support play time supervisors by leading / supervising the activities provided.
