Swimming after a Stroke

Swimming After a Stroke is an opportunity to participate in specific water therapy exercises led by a fully qualified swimming and aquatic therapy instructor. The therapeutic properties of the water help to support the body, while using the buoyancy and resistance of the water to move your body helps build your muscular strength.

Sessions take place at South Oxhey Leisure Centre in rolling 12-week blocks.


Course costs are £60 for 12 weeks.
