Tennis Court Hire

All bookings for 1-2-1 or group coaching must be made through the leisure bookings website.

Prior to the commencement of your first booking you must submit a copy of the following to leisure@threerivers.gov.uk. 
  • Activity Risk Assessment 
  • Coaching Certificate(s) & LTA Licence no.
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Safeguarding Policy / proof of attendance on a related workshop 
  • DBS Disclosure no. and date of issue
  • Public Liability Insurance Certificate (min £5m cover)

  • Denham Way Playing Fields, Maple Cross, WD3 9SP
  • Scotsbridge Playing Fields, Rickmansworth, WD3 1AT 
  • Chorleywood House Grounds, Chorleywood, WD3 5SL
  • Baldwins Lane Playing Fields, Croxley Green, WD3 3LE
  • South Oxhey Playing Fields, South Oxhey, WD19 4LT

Terms and conditions


  1. Only 1 court shall be made available per site for 1-2-1 or group coaching at all times unless previously agreed with the Council. 
  2. Under no circumstances should coaching be conducted over multiple courts at the same venue / time.
  3. Only use the designated court above for coaching purposes
  4. Coaching hours made available will be 8am-8pm (inclusive). 
  5. Bookings can be made in 30 minute intervals starting on the hour and half hour (e.g. 9am or 9.30am)
  6. Hire fees are set at £10ph/per court 
  7. All bookings made online will receive a booking confirmation number. Please retain this confirmation as proof of booking. You may be asked to show evidence of your booking to Council staff conducting checks on the courts.
  8. Signs will be placed on the relevant courts to explain the booking process for coaches and to notify members of the public that this court may be unavailable at times.
