STRENGTH & BALANCE

Strength and balance class  

Designed for individuals wanting to improve their strength and balance while learning new exercises to maintain independence. This class is suitable for those who haven't exercise before or may have experienced a decline in their physical health. 

Exercise at your own pace in a positive environment and meet other people in your local community. 

Classes are one hour long and feature a mixture of seated and standing exercises. Please bring some water with you and wear suitable shoes and clothing.


Classes are FREE and take place


Mondays 2.15pm-3.15pm at South Oxhey Library, Bridlington Road, WD19 7AG
